  • We ship to the USA. We ship to Canada for additional $20 (import taxes and duties may apply and are not included). Roze + Quartz is available on Amazon.ca. For shipping outside USA and Canada, please contact us for rate quotes.

  • USD $8.00. For express delivery please contact us for rates prior to ordering.

  • At no extra charge, we offer a signature-at-delivery service. During checkout, you will be asked if you require a signature for delivery - simply check YES. Note - if you select this option, please monitor tracking to expect your parcel, as we are not responsible for returned orders.

PRODUCTS

  • Washing hair this ritualistically is a first world luxury. With that said, when conditioning or using a hair mask, be mindful about performing a hasty (quick) rinse. If you apply your moisturizing product then stand under hot, running water for 10 minutes, you’re rinsing all the reparative properties out! Heat also exposes the cuticle and cool water helps close it, so always rinse with cool water. Try our wash routine: Gently brush dry hair before washing it. Enter shower, wet hair, add shampoo, lather, add water, lather more, rinse. Add conditioner\mask, finger comb gently (wet hair is much more fragile than dry hair), clip it up in a clip/claw so hair is not under the stream of water. When ready to leave, turn water to very cool, rinse hair for 8-10 seconds (long hair), exit.

  • As free as it gets. Roze + Quartz products are vegan, which means they do not contain any animal products OR by-products (examples of by-products are honey, lanolin, goat milk, keratin) and they are not tested on animals.

  • A hair mask is a deep conditioning treatment for dry, damaged, dehydrated hair. It is most commonly used in place of conditioner once to three times a week, and left on the hair for 2-10minutes depending on the mask (or the hair). Very coarse, frizzy and or dry hair might benefit most from the intensive nourishment of a mask used daily or overnight. Like people, it is not one-size-fits-all. Not sure what you need?   • This year we launched refills! The hardest part about this business is the environmental impact of single use plastics. It is awful. Because wash products are used in the shower, glass (breaks) and most metal products (rust) aren’t a packaging option. Even though refills also come in plastic, it is significantly less waste and much more cost effective for you. We hope your R + Q bottles are used over and over and over again!

  • All products are manufactured in the USA. You can find us worshipping the sun, rain and sea in Miami Florida.
